Standard Returns
Return the item for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Alternative Resolution
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return. This option is subject to approval and depends on the item and situation.
How returns work
Step 1
Email our support team to request a return. You’ll receive return instructions and a form.
Step 2
Complete the return form and include it in your package.
Step 3
Send your item back using a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 4
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll assist you based on availability.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, therefore changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been placed.
Incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.
Shipping delays
If your order arrives later than expected, your return window will be extended. Just contact our support team and we’ll help.
Important notes for returning
- Items must be unwashed and in original condition.
